Our Work Speaks
in Concrete
From multi-family complexes to custom homes, we bring structural integrity to every pour.
Process Excellence
Engineering Precision Every Step
Site Preparation
Precision surveying and site layout with laser-guided grade verification. Coordinate with excavation teams for proper depth, drainage slopes, and soil compaction. Establish benchmarks, verify property lines, and ensure utilities are marked and protected before foundation work begins.

Footings
Install structural footings with engineered depth and width specifications. Place and tie rebar cages to code requirements with proper spacing and coverage. Verify elevation, levelness, and dimensional accuracy before concrete placement. Coordinate inspections and ensure proper curing conditions.

Reinforcing
Place structural rebar per engineering specifications with exact spacing, lap lengths, and concrete cover requirements. Install horizontal and vertical steel, dowels, and embeds for future connections. Secure all reinforcing with wire ties and use proper chairs and spacers. Coordinate with building inspectors for pre-pour approval.

Forming Systems
Deploy engineered Duraform Systems with precision alignment and bracing. Install form ties, walers, and strongbacks to maintain wall thickness and prevent bulging. Verify plumb, level, and dimensional accuracy using laser levels. Apply form release agents and prepare for rebar installation.

Wall Pours
Coordinate concrete pump crew for controlled placement in lifts to prevent segregation and honeycombing. Use internal vibration to consolidate concrete around rebar and eliminate air pockets. Monitor pour rate, slump consistency, and ambient conditions. Maintain proper curing through hydration and temperature control.

Strip & Finish
Remove formwork once concrete achieves required strength, typically 24-48 hours. Clean and inspect walls for structural integrity and dimensional accuracy. Backfill foundation perimeter with proper compaction and prepare site for next construction phase.

Weeping Tiles
Install perimeter drainage system with perforated pipes at the footing base to redirect groundwater away from the foundation. Apply waterproof membrane and drainage board to exterior walls for moisture protection. This critical step prevents hydrostatic pressure buildup, reduces basement moisture issues, and protects the foundation from water damage over the building's lifetime.
